Refund Policy – My Online Tees

At My Online Tees, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Each item is made to order with care and attention, and we stand behind the quality of our products.
If your order arrives with an issue, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please review our refund and return policy below.
✅ Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at steveroart@msn.com.
Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Once verified, we’ll gladly offer one of the following:
- A replacement of the same item
- A store credit for future purchases
- A refund to your original payment method (if applicable)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are printed on demand specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection
- Color variations due to monitor or device settings
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
To help you choose the correct size, please refer to our size chart before placing your order.
🔁 Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your item will have entered production and can no longer be canceled.
⏳ Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
